Photograph & Image Use
All photographs, animations, images, graphics, and user interface designs are property of Duplico Media Limited. They may not be copied, modified, downloaded, saved, printed, emailed, or posted on internet profile pages without written expressed permission from Duplico Media Limited. Photographs taken at an event that Duplico Media Limited has been contracted to cover are exempt from this copyright statement, in part. Photographs purchased on the DVD are allowed to be modified, printed, emailed, and posted on internet profile pages, however if the use of the photograph is for a commercial, or profit making, environment then written expressed permission must be gained from Duplico Media Limited before use.
DVD Use
If you have purchased a DVD produced by Duplico Media Limited, the photographs and video footage on the DVD is allowed to be used without breach of copyright. The video may not be copied, downloaded, manipulated, edited, emailed, or uploaded to the internet. The video footage is not allowed to be used for a public display unless prior written consent from Duplico Media Limited has been received. Photographs on the DVD are allowed to be emailed, and posted on internet web sites. The photographs are also allowed to be printed, however it is recommended that photographs be ordered through our web site, as we use a state-of-the-art photography developing machine the RAW image files that were taken at the time.
